We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, warm and comfy. The staff were very friendly and always on hand to offer advice and even invited us to play some games one evening. Breakfast was really good and there were a couple of restaurants nearby. The hotel's location was great as it was just a short walk down the road to the Great Wall which was the highlight of our visit.

Couldn't fault anything at this hotel. The staff were willing to assist with the language barrier and there were transport options available if needed but we preferred walking.

Staying in this hotel was quite disappointing. the location is okay, although the hotel staff is unwilling to organize anything for us, such as drivers to take us to tourist spots. There's a snow-themed park nearby, but it's probably more aimed at kids than adults. the view is nothing special, and the breakfast is average at best.

The bathroom available in the room was filthy.

The breakfast was good with a decent variety of options available. the hotel was situated in a location close to some tourist attractions and the city center was also accessible by public transport. the staff was helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist us when we needed help.

The room was smaller than we expected and had no view. the temperature of the room was too cold, even with the heater turned up to maximum.

The room was big and had beautiful decor, plus the view was spectacular. The hotel staff was really helpful and welcoming. They provided us with umbrellas on a rainy day and gave recommendations on what to do and see. The location was also great because it was within walking distance to the main attraction.

There were a few negative aspects during our stay. the breakfast lacked variety for westerners, which made it difficult for us to find something to eat.

The venue was simply luxurious! I had an amazing time in this hotel, enjoying the exclusive amenities such as the massage and the outdoor swimming pool. the bar/lounge area was brilliantly decorated, making me feel like a VIP. the entertainment provided by this hotel was top notch, with live performances that were simply breathtaking. As for the location advantages, let me tell you, the view was something out of this world!

The lack of a BBQ facility. that was a minor issue considering the other amenities this hotel had to offer.

Breakfast supreme. Large, comfy bed. Cozy and superb room layout. Friendly and supportive staff, despite language barrier. Amazing view of the Great Wall. Accommodating to pets. Spotless, gorgeous rooms. Generous gift at check-out.

All was good.
